Sex Education has been a hot button issue that has made a lot of people on both sides of the isle very hot around the collar. Legislators have proposed two separate classes that would be the answer to whether or not abstinence should be an option for class. Should the class be taught at all?  

Legislators have been deliberating this particular issue for a while and a debate today led to no real decision as to what the State of Utah is going to do when it comes to drug tests for the welfare recipients. Critics say it will cost too much to administer the tests and others say they don't want to pay for the bad habits of a few.

UTA announced a change in ordinances that they are calling "a long time overdue". One of those ordinances deals with the crackdown on riders who are viewing inappropriate websites such as pornography, gambling and other gaming sites.
