Wed. April 15 7pm- The Day of TEA PARTIES
After national and local tea parties were held to protest high taxes, Attorney General Mark Shurtleff explains to the Nightside Project why we shouldn't just laugh at an adult tea party. Ethan thinks they are insincere protests, Alex thinks the protests are a great way to express problems with the tax system today.  

Wed. April 15 8pm- Waddoups Threatens Legal Action Over e-mail
Senate President Michael Waddoups claims that he is being almost harassed by known anti-video game advocate, Jack Thompson. He claims that he has even received pornographic images from the man. He threatens to get the Attorney General involved if it doesn't stop.  

Wed. April 15 9pm- Left Extreme v. Right Extreme
After yesterday's debacle with Homeland Security releasing the 'RIGHT WING EXTREMIST' warnings...Another Homeland Security report with the 'LEFT WING EXTREMIST' warnings has surfaced. Who's on the list? (besides the environmentalist wackos)

The economic downturn means most people are cutting back and looking for ways to save a buck without feeling the pain. A few tricks could save you a ton of money, if you are willing to make a few adjustments. KSL Newsradio's Paul Nelson joins the show to give us those tips plus, how far is too far when it comes to saving money?  

Thurs. April 9 8pm- The Government's Ability to Take Internet Access
French legislators on Thursday stopped legislation to permit cutting off the Internet connections of those who are illegally downloading music and movies. The same concept has been discussed in the US. Should they have the power to turn off your internet based on illegal downloads? Ethan and Alex discuss.

An American Crew was overtaken today off the coast of Africa by another group of rogue Pirates who then got overtaken by the group of gritty sailors. What's happening now? Ethan and Alex describe for you a day that would make Steven Segal proud.  

Wed. April 8 9pm- The Now Infamous Bow, Did Pres. Obama Blow it?
The now infamous bow that President Obama gave to the Saudi King during his recent trip across the pond has given reason for speculation...was it a merely a faux pax or are there motives brewing beneath it all? Come on there are always motives! Ethan and Alex discuss the now popular incident and the fallout.  

Mon. April 6 7pm- Struggling School Districts to Shorten the Year
With the prospect of saving money in the forefront, the State Board of Education says that districts can shave up to 5 days off the school year. Is it saving extra money or just making our kids' education that much more worthless?  

Mon. April 6 8pm- No Charges in Pitbull Slayings
Tooele City police will most likely not recommend charges in Sunday's pit bull shooting. They believe the man had the right to protect himself and his family. Police say this case isn't completely closed yet, but they say he isn't in the wrong for the shooting.  

Wed. April 1 7pm- Environmentalist Indicted by Feds
An environmental activist has now been indicted in a federal court. Tim DeChristopher is charge with two counts of violating the Federal Onshore Oil and Gas Leasing Act after falsely bidding on land leases at a December auction. Ethan and Alex score it as a victory against hippies.
